Our journey and when it began

Botanical Grace was born out of a tree change or career change you might say for my husband and myself. Both coming from a trade background we knew we wanted a change and a better financial life for our family.

Botanical Grace Horticulture came first with Ross (Mr BG) going back to study then launching the horticultural side of the business in 2000. Today it’s still going strong and if any of you have acquainted yourself with the “James Street” Precinct you would know his work well.

Botanical Grace retail started in 2002 and was born out of a passion for beautiful products. This first bricks and mortar store was at Camp Hill on the south side of Brisbane. This little shop started us on our way. Fast forward to 2007 we opened our Yeronga store, much to the delight of the locals and we still continue to serve the community today.

A few years after the Yeronga store we branched in to a café, which included a small market area then opened an adjoining retail store. 3.5 yrs later selling the café and a year after that moving the retail store to Toowong.

After trading for nearly 5 yrs we finished our lease mid 2019 to concentrate on our Flagship store Botanical Grace Yeronga.

It’s been a busy time and we’ve loved every minute of it. The wonderful part of this journey is meeting all of our lovely customers. Seeing their families grow up before our eyes and continuing to bring you gifts from around Australia and all over the world.
